For the month of May we are going to learn about milk.

Did you know:

  • Milk is the top source of calcium which helps build strong bones and teeth
  • Nearly half of Americans get their Vitamin D from milk.  Vitamin D works with calcium to help our bones.
  • Milk is a good source of Vitamin A.  Vitamin A helps you maintain a healthy immune system.
  • There are a variety of foods made from cow's milk such as cheese, cream, butter and yogurt.
  • Milk is one of the most nutritious drinks in the world
